James R. Strauss, 67, of Spring Grove, formerly of Appleton, WI passed away Feb 23, 2005. He was a pilot for Air Wisconsin for many years, before retiring to his “cottage” by Grass Lake. He is survived by his dear sister, Joyce Desmond; a special uncle to Jewel (Brian) Sobeck, Nick (Kim) Desmond; and a great-uncle to Megan, David and Samantha Sobeck. Interment will be private, but a gathering to celebrate his life will be March 5 at his sister’s home. Arrangement by Feerick Funeral Home, Milwaukee, WI, 414-962-8383.
