The Terri Schiavo case is worse than a he-said-she-said case; it is more like he-said-he-said-she-said. Terri is incapacitated and can’t say anything. For the courts to base their findings on unsupported hearsay from 15 years ago is sheer nonsense. When common sense is trumped by laws, the laws need to be changed.
