It had to happen: Fox hit “American Idol” has an X-rated tribute.

Giving new meaning to the catchphrase “Seacrest out,” the makers of a gay porn video have created their own raunchy version of the reality talent competition–complete with a host named Jason Sechrest.

“Idol” host Ryan Seacrest is less than flattered.

“I had to legally go after someone who was doing an ‘American Idol’ porn,” Seacrest told a Los Angeles radio station, according to TV show “Celebrity Justice.”

“I was host of the porn! And the guy’s name was … Sechrest, and he had blond spiky hair. The only difference was, instead of a microphone, he was holding something else.”

“Idol” lawyers fired off a cease-and-desist letter to the “American Porn Star” producers and persuaded them to change the video’s lettering and music to reduce the similarities to “Idol.”
