The GOP’s 1-2-3-and-out Social Security Program:
Step 1, initiate private accounts;
Step 2, come to the realization that the program is strictly for the employee and there is no benefit for the employer, therefore phase out the employer contributions;
Step 3, holy cow, everyone has his or her own retirement account–we don’t need Social Security at all.
