Chicago: Partly sunny but continued chilly for today’s Spring Equinox. High temperatures 5 to 8 degrees below normal. Northwest winds 8-15 m.p.h. Overnight: Mostly clear in the outlying suburbs, but clouds along and just inland of Lake Michigan. Winds becoming more north to northeast.
