I have a suggestion for those at City Hall trying to improve traffic flow in the city. How about installing some left-turn arrows? There are many intersections in the city where traffic flow could be greatly improved with the simple addition of a left-turn arrow.
Please consider this before spending millions on high-tech traffic solutions.
