Theodore Raphael, age 97, of Park Ridge, March 29 after a brief illness, beloved husband of the late Malvene, nee Pollak; adored father of Judith Raphael (Tony Phillips), Susan Duarte (Tom) Berry, Diana (Dan) Lauber; devoted grandfather of Leslie Gordon, Alex (Lisa) Gordon, Christopher Wienke, Matthew Wienke, Gabriele (Piper) Duarte; loving great-grandfather of Alana Gordon-Brown, Austin and Zoe Gordon; dear brother of Lilian (the late Harry) Fulsher and Gilbert Raphael. Retired Dentist and Leutenant Coloniel, U.S. Army retired WWII and Korean War Veteran. Private family graveside service.
