John Howell, 90, an internatinally recognized Master Photographer and longtime resident and business owner on Chicago’s North Shore, passed on March 30, 2005. He was preceded in death by his wife Myrna McPherson Howell; he is survived by his son Michael McPherson; and granddaughters Siobhan and Madeline; and many friends worldwide. Mr. Howell was also a veteran of WWII serving as a U.S. Naval Photographic Officer. Visitation Monday, 10:30 a.m., until time of service 11 a.m., at Kenilworth Union Church, 211 Kenilworth Ave., Kenilworth.
