William “Bill” Daly, age 72, passed away on April 3, 2005. He was a longtime resident of Downers Grove. Beloved husband of Janet, nee Rascop; loving father of Megan (Mike) Aufiero and Jonathan; proud grandfather of Amber, Erica, David, Daniel, Savannah and Alecia; fond brother of Clark. Mr. Daly will be remembered for his many volunteer services and longtime participation in his hobby of bringing the history of the Civil War to the public. He will be missed by all. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 9, at 10 a.m., at St. Mary of Gostyn Church in Downers Grove. Interment private.
