Unfortunately there could only be one NCAA champion, but the Illinois players have absolutely nothing to hang their heads about. As a rabid fan, I would like to commend Bruce Weber and the Fighting Illini on a magnificent season. They were truly a classy team and represented Illinois in a dignified manner. They fought until the end, and played their hearts out.
