Beloved husband of the late Eileen, nee Dewan; loving father of Patricia (Joseph) Mc Donnell, Margaret (Christopher, CFD) Koster, Peter Granger (City of Chicago Local #150) and Pamela Granger (CPD-TCA); cherished grandfather (Papa) to Sandra (Michael) La Gioia, Erik, Daniel and Connor Koster, Amber and Eileen Granger; adored great-grandfather to Vincent, Danielle and Joseph La Gioia; devoted son of the late James and Anna, nee Kaseska, Granger; dear brother of Annamay (Frances) Mann; kind brother-in-law of the late William (Mary) Dewan, Francis (Donald) Gunderson and James Dewan; fond uncle and great-uncle of many nieces and nephews. Clarence was very dedicated to the people of Chicago and Illinois throughout his career on the Chicago Fire Department and as an Illinois State Fire Investigator.
