His one-year contract with Donald Trump is done, but we haven’t seen the last of Bill Rancic.
NBC announced Tuesday that the first season “Apprentice” winner will spend at least another year working on the Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago project and will make several boardroom appearances in Season 4 of the show.
Rancic told RedEye he is glad to be back on Trump’s payroll and will work mainly in sales and marketing.
“It’s been a lot of learning,” Rancic said. “I had a good base going in, but now I’ve seen business at the highest level. I have more confidence now.”
As for future dreams of becoming a Trump clone, Rancic said that’s not the goal.
“I just want to do well and do the best I can,” he said. “It’s gonna be my own style.”
