I sincerely disagree with the notion that Springfield should force pharmacies to fulfill a birth-control prescription. I agree that it may be bad business for a pharmacy not to fulfill a certain prescription. But shouldn’t that be the pharmacy’s choice and not the choice of lawmakers in Springfield or elsewhere?
