Diane Weimer, nee Shem, died April 15 at 48 years old. Born and lived in Libertyville until her marriage in her family home in 2000. She leaves her loving husband Jerry, and a deeply saddened family; mother and father; three sisters, two brothers; two nephews, and three nieces, one of whom is her godchild. “Fair daffodil, we weep to see you haste away so soon.” Funeral leaving Tuesday from Barr Funeral Home, 6222 N. Broadway, Chicago, 10:30 for 11 a.m. Mass, at St. Gertrude Church. Interment All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines. Please direct donations to the Alzheimer Association in her name.
