Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

I would like to thank Tribune senior correspondent Howard Witt for allowing America an inside view of what the Oklahoma City bombing victims are still facing, 10 years later (Page 1, April 17 and 18). I am also an Oklahoman and the bombing subject is still very close to all of our hearts.

I hope and pray that someone with a little power will read this series and perhaps make the right decisions in helping all victims of terrorist attacks.

The one thing we are all looking for here is fairness.

What kind of image is the government showing when its people are crying out for help? Just as a parent would do everything in his power to help his child, keep him safe, and comfort and help heal his wounds, should we not expect the same from our government? What is America doing to help its (still) wounded, innocent children?

Thank you for your insightful articles.
