U.S. Chamber of Commerce chief speaks in Naperville

Thomas J. Donohue, president and CEO of the United States Chamber of Commerce, will address the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce General Membership Luncheon.

The luncheon, sponsored by Harris Bank Naperville, is from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Holiday Inn Select, 1801 N. Naper Blvd., Naperville.

Donohue, who will speak on “The Path to Economic Growth: Key Opportunities and Challenges for U.S. Business,” heads the world’s largest business federation, representing three million companies, associations, state and local chambers, and the American Chamber of Commerce abroad. Previously, Donohue was president and CEO of the American Trucking Associations, and prior to that was a group vice president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

The cost is $25 for Naperville Chamber members and $35 for the public.
