Patrick Burke, 89, of Highland Park, IL, passed away April 22, 2005. He was born in Manchester, England on July 14, 1915 to James and Mary, nee Hegarty, Burke. Patrick will always be remembered for his beautiful English accent, his charm and manners and his love of humor. He was a hard worker who provided well for his family. Beloved husband of the late Ellen; loving father of Mary Patricia (George) Hayes, Jean Anne Burke and James Bernard (Katie) Burke; adored grandfather of Bridget and John Hayes and James, Charlotte, Gwendolyn and Amelia Burke; dear brother of Mary Barrow. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 28 from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 770 Deerfield Rd., Highland Park, IL.
