Good buys make for good growth

“Keys to Successful Acquisitions for Corporate Growth” is the theme of the 2005 Mergers & Acquisitions Conference hosted by M&A Source in conjunction with Grant Thornton, Fifth Third Bank and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, among others.

The event takes place from 7:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. on Monday at the Marriott Hotel Oak Brook, 1401 W. 22nd St., Oak Brook.

Some of the topics to be covered include: an overview of the current market, developing a corporate acquisition strategy and executing it, managing the due diligence process, and options available for financing the deal.
