– A story in Sunday’s Metro section about a collision that killed an Evanston woman incorrectly stated that an Evanston ambulance was part of the crash. The ambulance belonged to a private company that has no affiliation with the City of Evanston.
– An incorrect toll-free number for Nora Fleming LLC was listed in the Home & Garden section Sunday in a story about Nora Napientek’s interchangeable festive serving ware. The correct phone number is 866-225-4118.
– A story on Saturday’s Metro Page gave an incorrect age for Alicia Frantz, a bicyclist killed on her birthday Friday when she fell and was run over by a truck in Wicker Park. She was 32.
– The Class AA baseball sectional roundup in Friday’s Sports section incorrectly listed Notre Dame’s record at 20-18. In fact, the team was 28-9 at that time, according to the school’s Web site. Niles North, the team Notre Dame defeated, finished 20-18.
– In a story about unusual places to stay in the At Play section Thursday, directions for Good’s Furniture Bed & Breakfast were incorrect. It is in Kewanee, 147 miles west of Chicago on Interstate Highway 80.
– In the May 29 issue of the Chicago Tribune Magazine, a caption on Page 23 incorrectly identified a cross as a crucifix.
