Dillon talks about work/life balance
Mary Dillon, president of Quaker Foods, will address the Young Professionals of Chicago during its next CEO breakfast series.
Dillon, who was named president of Quaker Oats in September 2004, will discuss how she manages a work/life balance while running the $1.8 billion Quaker Foods Division and raising four children with her husband, a biochemist who retired 10 years ago to raise their children full time. She will also share advice on career management and leadership for young professionals.
The event begins with networking and breakfast from 7 to 7:30 a.m. followed by the presentation and question and answer session from 7:30 to 9 a.m. on Wednesday at the Mid-Day Club (Bank One Plaza), 21 S. Clark St., 56th floor.
