Joyous Masco, nee Smicklas, 64, of Arlington Heights, born February 1, 1941 in Chicago to the late Thomas and Helen Smicklas. Beloved mother of Michelle and Pamela Masco; dearest grandmother of Lauren and Tristan Masco; fond niece of Joan Toft; survived by her heartbroken sweetheart, Adolph “Bart” Bartell. Joyous was an extraordinary, loving and caring person who leaves behind a cherished extended family, as well as many dear friends. Also survived by her ex-husband, Louis Masco.
