I know exactly how Oprah Winfrey feels (“Hermes snub: Business as usual?” News, June 29). I recently went to McDonald’s 15 minutes after it closed and the workers there wouldn’t let me in. People who got there before it closed were still there eating. I was at the door and not allowed in.
It was one of the most humiliating moments of my life.
