Chicago: After a cool start temperatures quickly rebound under abundant morning sunshine reaching afternoon highs in the upper 80s, though southeast winds keep readings along the north shore a bit cooler. Clouds increase in the afternoon. Chance of some thunderstorms overnight. Lows 65 to 70 (degrees).
