20th Century Fox has filed a federal lawsuit claiming Sony Pictures Entertainment is infringing on the copyrights of Fox’s “X-Men” comic-book movie series. Sony announced it plans to release its comic-book flick “Zoom” on May 12, 2006. Fox claims Sony moved the date from August only after it announced that it would release “X3” on May 26.
