At a time when security is so heightened that no one is exempt from inspection at an airport, what does it mean when a high-level White House staffer, with security clearance no less, has been alleged to have leaked a CIA agent’s name? If you or I had been alleged to have done this, we would, at the least, be in a federal prison if not in Guantanamo being interrogated.

How secure and protected are we when someone in Karl Rove’s position is willing to jeopardize a CIA agent, apparently for political purposes, and gets away with it? It makes a mockery of the Patriot Act.
