Georgette L. Kovac, 86, of Coloma, MI, formerly of Chicago, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, July 14, 2005. She is survived by a daughter, Dolores Holt of Aurora, IL; a son, Michael (Judy) Kovac of Chicago, IL; a sister, Adeline McCrery of Coloma; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Bessie, nee Krs, Kaplan; her husband, George Kovac; two sisters, Lillian Bogdan and Blanche Siwek; and a son-in-law, Don Holt. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. CST on Monday, July 18, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Watervliet, MI. A committal service will be held at 3 p.m. CST on Monday in Resurrection Cemetery in Justice, IL. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. CST on Sunday at Davidson Chapel, 249 E. Center Street, Coloma, MI, where a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m.
