Robert J. Hayes, 49, of Park City, UT, formerly of Winnetka, died suddenly July 20, 2005. Beloved son of Joseph P. and Florence, nee Balmes; loving brother of Richard (Bess Gallanis), Patrick (Susan) and Kathleen Hayes (Robert P.) Cates; cherished uncle of Griffin H. Cates. 1974 graduate of New Trier East High School and graduate of University of Illinois at Chicago. A memorial visitation will be held Thursday, July 28, 4 p.m. until time of memorial service at 6:30 p.m., at Wm. H. Scott Funeral Home, 1100 Greenleaf Ave., Wilmette. Interment private.
