The Chicago Police Department announced a crackdown on bicyclists violating traffic laws. I have a better idea for the police: How about enforcing those laws for drivers first?
I can’t count the number of times I have seen drivers in cars run red lights, go down one way streets (the wrong way), commit noise violations, not to mention ignore that new cell phone law.
