Volkswagen is delaying its decision to build a new compact off-road vehicle. VW chief executive Wolfgang Bernhard has told U.S. dealers to expect a new focus on quality as well as up to 10 new vehicles in the next three to four years. VW has given no timetable for when it expects to reach a decision.
