Michael “Mike” R. Jablonski, 53, died Aug. 10, 2005 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Mike was a 4D Computer Database Developer, partner in Linda Jack Talent, former copywriter and producer at DMB&B and Doner Advertising. Beloved husband of Linda Jack; loving son of Geraldine and the late Richard A. Jablonski; cherished brother of Tony (Anne) and Judy (Russ) Brown; devoted son-in-law of Mary Patricia and the late Howard A. Jack Sr.; dear brother-in-law of Howard A. (Mary) Jack Jr., Eileen (Bruce) Drake and Marilee (Larry) Richards; cherished uncle of Sara (Tony), Damion (Jami), Jessica, Jesse, Kevin, Patrick and Evan; and many dear friends. Memorial Service Monday, Aug. 15, 7 p.m. at the Apollo Theater, 2540 N. Lincoln Avenue. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Gilda’s Club or the charity of your choice.
