Getting that “perfect nerd” look isn’t easy.

Just ask the five doll designers who tried to make the antihero action figure but were rejected for making a “Napoleon Dynamite” that looked too good.

The winning doll was the least pretty: droopy eyelids, lips hanging open, wrinkled jeans tucked into moonboots. But to creator Jay Kamhi, that doll best captured Napoleon’s so-not-cool-he’s-cool spirit, Newsday reported.

The dolls, which sell for $14.95, drop at the end of the month at Urban Outfitters and Wal-Mart.
