– Heidi Klum has given birth to a baby boy in Los Angeles, and mother and son are doing well, Klum’s spokeswoman told Reuters on Tuesday. The 8-pound baby named Henry is the model’s first child with husband Seal. She also has a daughter, Leni, 1, from a relationship with Formula One race car manager Flavio Briatore.
– Chaka Khan’s son was ordered to stand trial in the shooting death of a teenager at a party last fall. Damien Patrick Holland, 26, is charged with shooting 17-year-old Christopher Baily of Los Angeles as the two struggled for a gun, reportedly during a fight. Holland’s arraignment is scheduled for Sept. 26.
– Shirley Temple Black, 77, will be honored Jan. 29 by the Screen Actors Guild with its Life Achievement Award.
