Mapping route to the corner office
The Executives’ Club of Chicago is hosting its Women’s Leadership Series Breakfast and Roundtable, titled “Nice Girls Don’t Get the Corner Office, Or Do They?”
The panel discussion on effective approaches for female executives to advance to senior-level executive positions takes place from 7 to 9 a.m. Thursday in the Crystal Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency Chicago, 151 E. Wacker Drive, West Tower.
Panelists include: Dana Anderson, president and CEO of DDB Chicago; Lois P. Frankel, executive coach and author of “Nice Girls Don’t Get the Corner Office: 101 Unconscious Mistakes Women Make That Sabotage Their Careers”; and Yvonne Furth, president and chief operating officer of Draft Chicago. The moderator is Richard C. Vie, chairman and CEO of Unitrin Inc.
