Joseph Kaplan, 90, beloved husband for 66 years of Belle, nee Schwartz; loving father of Sherwin Kaplan and Sandy (Benton) Strauss; cherished grandfather of Michael Strauss, Amy (Jeffrey) Friedman and Dr. Jonathan Strauss; adored “Poppy” of Tali Friedman; devoted son of the late Rabbi Avrum Meyer and Bryna Tziril Kaplan, and the last of seven brothers and sisters.
