John William Lazzaretti, 59, of Tucson, AZ, died Sept. 19, 2005. He was born Oct. 6, 1945 in Chicago to Anthony and the late Alice Lazzaretti. Survived by wife, Barbara, nee Sovetskis; loving father of Jeannette (Chet) Hrycyk and Christy; dear brother of Madlyn (Frank) Isadore. John served in U.S. Army Intelligence during the Vietnam Era.
