Barbara Diehl, age 56, of Landeldale Lakes, Elkhorn, died Monday, October 3, 2005 at her home. She was born July 24, 1949 in Chicago, the daughter of James and Toni Sakellaris. Barbara married William Diehl March 8, 1969 in Chicago. She was an active and devoted member of the Lauderdale Aqua Skiers and a member of the State and National Water Ski Associations. She was a devoted wife and mother and loved her entire family. Survivors include husband William; mother Toni Sakellaris; two daughters, Amy (Alan) Sleeman of Elkhorn and Lauren (Kaia) Mueller of Elkhorn; grandaughter Samantha; brother San Sakellaris of Oak Park, IL; also nieces and nephews. The service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, October 7, 2005, at The Betts Funeral Home, 103 E. Rockwell St., Elkhorn, WI, with Pastor Paul McGinnett officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3 to 7 p.m., Thursday.
