Maybe it’s time for Lindsay Lohan to hire a chauffeur.

Witnesses and authorities took part Wednesday in the blame game over the “Mean Girls” star’s second car crash in five months. Lohan’s Mercedes-Benz convertible collided with a van in West Hollywood on Tuesday, and she along with a female passenger and the driver of the van were treated for minor injuries.

One witness said Lohan had been shopping when “about 30 photographers” confronted her to snap pictures. (On May 31, a paparazzo allegedly rammed into the back of her car.) But authorities later told CNN that paparazzi were not to blame for the crash.

In any case, Raymundo Ortega, the driver of the van, wasn’t feeling sorry for the film star. “I imagine if I had hit someone, I am going to ask them right away if the other person is OK. But she did not do that with me,” he told “Access Hollywood.”

An L.A. County Sheriff department spokesman told “Access” that if either driver is cited for the crash, it will be Ortega for making an illegal U-turn.
