George C. Cieszynski, age 89, born March 2, 1916, passed away at the home of his daughter Roxanna Carlson August 18 peacefully, surrounded by his loving children and grandchildren. Loving husband of the late Dorothy Ciesynski, nee Hanch; dearest father of Roxanna (Aaron) Carlson and Gregory (Ronene) Cieszynski; devoted grandfather of Christopher and Jamie Throw, Samuel and Nicholas Carlson, Lisa (Lamz) and Matthew Cieszynski, Candy and Stacy Cieszynski; and great-grandfather to nine. Private services have been held. He now rests beside his wife at Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, IL.
