William Benjamin Ipema Jr., age 70, passed away Sunday, Oct. 2, 2005 in Joliet. Born to the late William and Irene, “Bill” grew up on the family farm in Midlothian and always enjoyed gardening. Later he turned to construction, eventually starting his own company, Willie and Sons Cement. He is survived by six children, Beverli (Nick) Leep, Debra (Jerry) Munk, William L. (Cheryl), Tim (Sherry), Tamella (Dan) Vaala and Barbara (George) Roesel; 24 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; also three surviving brothers, Henry (Edith), Peter (Kathy), Edward (KenniLynn) and four sisters, Susan Pruim, Jean (Ron) VamderLaan, Brenda Carlson and Irene (Gerald) Leep; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, Madge. Preceded in death by his son, Charles; and brothers, Alex and Albert. A Memorial Service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Tinley Park, on Oct. 15 at 11 a.m. Interment at the church cemetery.
