James J. Brosnan, June 6, 1944 to October 8, 2005. Jim will long be remembered as the red-headed Irishman with a good sense of humor and strong belief in family and friends. He was husband to Karen; father to Katie and Brandon and Karl and Barbara; grandpa to four beautiful grandchildren; son-in-law to George and Ginny; and friend to many. Even from Arizona, he remained close to his sister JoAnn, his many cousins, long-time friends in Chicago, and their families. Jim enjoyed a good laugh, and is sure to entertain the angels with his Irish wit. Family and friends will miss him, but the Sullivans and the Brosnans departed are welcoming him into everlasting peace. Memorial service, Saturday, October 15 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of All Saint’s Cemetery, 700 N. River Rd., Des Plaines.
