Gwen Byars, nee Cox, 80, formerly of Forest Park, IL, passed away on Oct. 9, 2005 in Gilbert, AZ, where she was a resident. She is survived by her children, Richard (Cecilia), Carol Byars Smith and Janet (Kirk) Oliver; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She will be buried at Elm Lawn Cemetery in Elmhurst, IL. Funeral Services were handled by Bunker Family Funeral Services, University Dr., Mesa, AZ, 480-830-4105.
