– The Brand-X Rallye Team presents “Whoosh Witch 38,” the oldest Halloween theme gimmick road rallye in the area, Oct. 30. The rallye includes having to find a witch hidden along the course. It starts at 11 a.m. with registration at Woodfield Mall, in Schaumburg just west of the Firestone Tire Center along Golf Road (parking area B2). There is a free rallye school at 11:30 a.m., and the first car is off at 12:15 p.m. The fee is $17, $2 of which will be donated to the American Red Cross Hurricane Katrina Relief.
