Buzz: Chapter president America Baez called NSHMBALL an exciting way for members, friends and sponsors to network.
Arduous acronym: Some consider NSHMBALL a mouthful to say.
Married to the job: Ava Youngblood, owner of an executive search company bearing, what else, her name, on how she lures happily employed people to better jobs. “Great talent is hard to find. I’m in the relationship business. High-impact leadership. I’m not looking for people who are looking for jobs. I’m looking for happily married people [married to their careers, of course] interested in having an affair.”
