Looking for a World Series ticket? Well, there might–we say might–still be a chance for you. The Sox are allowing people who purchase 2006 full-season ticket plans to also purchase 2005 World Series tickets, while supplies last, until 11 a.m. Tuesday. Prices on season-ticket packages range from $950 to $2,900 per seat and a 50 percent deposit on the 2006 tickets is required. Due to high call demand, deposits for 2006 tickets are being accepted online at whitesox.com.
If any World Series tickets remain after 11 a.m., they will go on sale at noon through Ticketmaster–online at www.whitesox.com and by phone at 312-559-1212 or 866-SOX-GAME. Fans can purchase up to four tickets to one game only.
