Tate Frederick Burns. On Thursday, Oct. 13, 2005, Tate Frederick Burns was called to join our Father in heaven as an angel. He was born Oct. 10, 2005. Tate was the beloved son of Scott and Florianne, Franada, Burns; and the loving baby brother of Olivia. He was loved by all his family and friends. He will remain in our hearts forever. A single Memorial Service only will be held on Saturday, Oct. at 12 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 125 N. Harrison Street, Warsaw, IN. 46580. Tate has brought so much joy to us, and we invite all our family and friends to join us in a celebration of our little boy.
