There’s no need for a citywide, countywide or statewide ban on smoking in restaurants or bars anywhere in this country. Non-smokers’ right to breathe clean air will not be infringed unless they willfully enter an establishment that allows smoking. No one is required to set foot in such a place, nor is anyone banned from visiting a smoke-free restaurant or bar. Non-smokers, it is your right to open your own establishments that are smoke-free. Let the smokers and non-smokers each have their separate places.
