John E. Sheehan, 84, Army Vet. WWII, a man of integrity, class and the love of my life, was born June 13, 1921 and passed away in Florida. Beloved husband of Connie, nee Tanner; loving father of Robert (Tricia Currans) Sheehan, Michael (Grace) Touhy and Jim (Jo) Sheehan; stepfather of Christianna (Bob Demilio) Coomes and Rhonda (Craig) Hall; devoted grandfather of nine. John attended Our Lady of Sorrows Grammar School, St. Philip High School and graduated Walton College of Commerce in 1941 with a degree in accounting. He also owned a printing company at State and Wabash and was Director of Finance for the Cook County Sheriff’s Office. Visitation Friday 3 to 8 p.m. at The Oaks Funeral Home, 1201 E. Irving Park (at Prospect), Itasca. Family and friends will meet Saturday at 9:30 a.m. for Mass of Christian Burial at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 2020 91st St., Kenosha, WI.
