Marion Axelrod, 92, of Lindenhurst and formerly of Chicago, passed away Oct. 2, 2005 at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. She was born in Chicago on Sept. 14, 1913 to Joseph and Harriet, nee Quigley, Miller. She was a member of the Society of Mary and St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church of Grayslake and retired from City Products of Chicago. Marion is survived by her children, Donald (Merle) of Lincolnshire, Gerald of Lombard and Susan (Dennis) Evans of Colorado; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam; and her aforementioned parents. A Memorial Service will be held Oct. 22 at 12 noon at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 31 Park Avenue, Grayslake.
