– A Metro section story Thursday incorrectly stated that Kimberly Brown, former first deputy commissioner in the city’s Buildings Department, was fired after revelations that she traveled to Brazil on an expense-paid trip with the developer of a controversial condominium project and the developer’s brother. Brown resigned her post.

– A story on the front page of Thursday’s Business section misspelled the last name of a former Sears CEO. He is Alan Lacy.

It should have been noted that Cooper received waivers from Libby and Karl Rove, the White House deputy chief of staff, and the waiver from Rove prompted Cooper’s appearance before the grand jury.

– An incorrect question and answer were included in the “Snoop Patrol” story about Fantasia in Sunday’s Home & Garden section. Fantasia did not answer a question about what condiments could be found in her refrigerator. The incorrect material came from a previous, unrelated story.
