Talk about hot for teacher.
Stanford students got a morning jolt when Cameron Diaz (above) showed up to lead a lecture on environmentally friendly design.
Diaz’s appearance Thursday came as part of taping for an mtvU series called “Stand-In,” in which celebrities teach a class. Other stars who’ve participated include Madonna, who on Tuesday lectured students at New York’s Hunter College. Closer to home, Sting gave music lessons to 40 students at UIC in April.
Students gasped and giggled when Diaz joined the class and later lined up to snap pictures on their cell phones with the actress.
“I was expecting, like, 10 kids to show up,” Diaz told reporters later. The episode premieres online Nov. 1 on mtvu.com.
